I was taken to Chapito by a friend of mine on my trip to Lisbon a couple of months ago and I was completely mesmerised by the beauty it. Hidden away, like most other bars and cafes in town, it was the perfect place to wrap up a day of sightseeing anf take in the beautiful sunset, with good food and drinks. Definately a must see when in Lisbon!

I had the pleasure of an invite to Lisbon as part of a film festival which had an open-air screening at Chapito. this is one of the finest examples of what can be achieved when creative arts is nurtured. A circus training school teaching performing artists, musicians and filmmakers alike. The atmosphere and vibe are terrific. Set in a wonderful location in a wonderful city with a restaurant and view to die for… Thoroughly recommend this as a “must-visit” when in Lisbon.

Thank you for reviewing this place! Based on what you wrote, I made a point to go there on my trip to Lisbon two weeks ago and it was amazing! Food was great, veiw was wonderful, and the atmosphere was just perfect. I spent several hours just lounging and ordering a new tapas plate and wine as I got hungry.
